if you are seriously looking to change your life and get into great shape, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get the workouts and the accountability you need to achieve your goals! Brought to you by one of the most reputable names in fitness. this is an all over body workout with an emphasis on lifting, toning and tightening those glutes! (That’s right, the buns, the bum bum, Booty, derriere, the backside!) Get back your curvy physique!

This is for women only who live or work in the Los Angeles- Specifically the Van Nuys/Valley Area. Ideal Women are between 18 and 39 years old and who want to lose up to 25# (to reach your ideal weight) and really tone up those booties! This program will run from approximately February 12 through May 18. (*Class times will be determined by selected candidates availability. That means the more flexible you are the better. You will see potential class times when you fill out the application. 8am, 10am or possibly evening.)

If selected for the group and in exchange for being a part of this group, you will receive 30 days of in-person training in Van Nuys with a master trainer. Then, you’ll be able to do the classes at home for the next 60 days— for a total of 90 days. A perfect amount of time to make a BIG difference in your body and your bum! You would be working out 6 days a week for a full 90 days. In addition to training, participants will also receive fitness equipment, high quality supplements that include a delicious shake you’ll drink once a day- and personalized nutritional counseling so that you can make your goals a reality.  (Note: You would need to supply your own dumbbells after 30 days when you switch to working out at home.)

Ideal gals have been in tip top shape in the past (even if it was awhile ago!) and are up for the challenge and incorporating clean eating!  Everyone needs to be able to tone, lift & tighten their glutes— We are also hoping you need to lose anywhere from a few pounds up to  25 pounds. If you’ve recently fallen off the wagon, left the gym, had a baby, or eaten your way through the holidays, you might be perfect! 

Why are we doing this? They need awesome, outgoing, real people testimonials who have experienced this system to provide feedback, before & after photos as well as video interviews expressing their honest, unscripted opinions about the program. Any or all of that could be used for marketing purposes to include: website, social media or commercials. We ask that you be receptive to that if you sign up to be considered. Also, you would need to be comfortable taking before & after photos in a bikini bottom!

Participants will be selected at the mid-to-end of January, so please apply ASAP.  If you are a viable candidate, we’ll reach out soon for a quick video.

Please do NOT apply if :

  • You are pregnant or nursing

  • You do NOT live in the LA/Valley area.

  • You have an injury that prohibits you from working out hard.

  • Do NOT apply if you are in SAG. This is a non-union project.

If selected, the commitment would be:

  • Attending fitness classes in person for 30 days.

  • Doing classes on-line for another 60 days.

  • Participating in or providing Before & After photos and video that could be used for marketing purposes.

  • Following a nutrition plan designed for you.

  • Important Dates for Photo & Video: Baseline/Day 1 - Feb 12th or 13th. Day 30- March 17th. Day 60- April 16th. Day 90-May 16 or 18th. (We would only need you for a few hours at each of those day markers. And, only one of the days if there are two days available-hope that makes sense!)
