We are now looking for a group of awesome, outgoing people to use the product before the company goes to market with this incarnation of the product. Results from your survey, along with your feedback, might be used for marketing purposes on their website or social media. We ask that you be receptive to that to participate. Some people will also be selected to do a video to be used on their website or social media.
We are looking for men and women 20-75 years old with chronic low back pain. By chronic pain I mean a degree of pain that has lasted for at least 3 months. It can be chronic pain from an injury or accident that has lingered and is ongoing. We are not looking for acute pain from recent surgery or a recent injury/accident.
This is a drug-free, non-latex patch for pain. You are not a guinea pig for this product; it is currently sold successfully in the USA. We are simply conducting an in-home user perception study. There are no contraindications or side effects with this product.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE IF SELECTED:
You will receive and get to keep the product itself valued at $150, PLUS you'll get $100 when you complete the study by taking the four short surveys while you use the product. The surveys will take place on-line and you would take them at 15 minutes, 4 hours, 24 hours, and 72 hours after applying the Signal Relief patch.
